Inspired by the paintings of Georgia O’Keefe and the wonderful Italian grown bitter leaf radicchio with it’s beautiful shades of pink and red.
I got really narky about getting sauce stains on my kitchen surfaces so I made something that looked good and was practical too, problem solved! Not sure how I survived before.
