CLASSICAL SHELL CANDLE HOLDER - WALL SCONCE
My classical shell design is based on a naive copy of Botticelli’s Birth of Venus, painted on a chair that a family friend found in a seaside cafe.
Wash by hand.
Be careful not to position the candle so the flame is touching the sconce. Over time, this glaze will start to crackle, adding to the charm of the piece, this is normal.
